[Q1.] Does Tata Tangerine have a retail store?
No. We are an online-based shop, which means you can shop with us anywhere and anytime! You don't even have to carry your own shopping bags, because we'll deliver it to your doorstep!
[Q2.] What is Pre-Order?
A pre-order item means we do not have ready stocks in hand. We place pre-order items in a batch with our suppliers, and every pre-order batch is normally open for 7-10 days (or more). Upon receiving full payment, we will place your order with the supplier immediately after the particular batch is closed.
[Q3.] When to make payment for Pre-Order?
Just like purchasing ready stock, full payment is required for pre-order items before we place your order with the supplier.
[Q4.] When will I receive my pre-order item?
Pre-order items will normally reach us within 15 working days after the closing date of the batch. However, we can only offer an estimation of when the pre-ordered batch will arrive as the time of shipment delivery relies on the supplier. This being said, your pre-order can either arrive earlier or a little late.
[Q5.] Does pre-order item look exactly like the pictures shown?
Yes! We try our best to provide you as much detail photos as possible. Having that said, what you see is what you’ll get!
[Q6.] I have pre-ordered few items in different batch. Can I combine the orders and deliver together?
Unfortunately, no. We do not keep your purchases with us to avoid missing / mishandled of items. All items are to be delivered right away after we receive it from the supplier.
